Service tech Austin showed up at the promised appointment time and did a great job of repairing my 20 year old heat pump. It’s now working great as it did when it was new. I have used Mattawan Mechanical Services several times and have never been disappointed. Will certainly use them for any future problems with my HVAC system.

I was getting ready to leave for seasonal travel the next day so tried to manual test the Generac generator and it wouldn’t start, called Mattawan Mechanical and they rearranged their schedule and came out the next day, turns out the battery and spark plugs were bad, they replaced them and I was up and running and not having to worry while I was gone.

Tara & Austin were our service techs and Ryan in the office has been excellent at handling any of my questions/concerns. Highly recommend

I was happy that they were able to come quickly, diagnose the problem, and come back to do the work early in the morning so I didn’t have to miss work. The motor was running so loudly. The new one is very quiet
